       From August 2 to 3, 2013, a deputy secretary-general of the CPPCC and a full-time deputy chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, Wang Hong, led a team of 83 people to investigate the construction of the Fuxian Lake in Huaning County. The project, Guo Kaitang, vice chairman of Yuxi CPPCC, and Li Guolu, deputy head of Huaning County People's Government, accompanied the investigation.
